Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

You can shop at Nyoni Couture without creating an account. However, by registering with us you’ll be able to enjoy the following benefits:

  • Your measurements will be saved so you can shop more quickly.
  • Items purchased will be made to your size (*excluding items with size selection), and if you are a Nyoni bespoke client, your pattern will be kept on file and your order made to your bespoke measurements.
  • Shop the Archive Collection.
  • Quicker processing/shipping.
  • Track your orders and review past purchases.
  • Receive invitations to exclusive events and promotions.
  • Gain exclusive access to advanced previews of our new collections.

Can my suit be altered if I gain or lose weight?

We leave extra seam allowance in all our custom-order garments, allowing them to be easily altered by up to 2 or 3 inches by any proficient tailor. Additionally we offer free alterations to your garment by our in-house tailor for a year from the date of purchase.

Please note that in the case of ready-to-wear items it may only be possible to take the garment in, not let it out.

If an item is sold out, can I be notified if it becomes available again?

No problem. Click the link “ask us a question” located below the size selection of each product. Please be sure to include the name and size of the item in the body of the message and we will reply as soon as possible.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Most orders take up to 7 days to process. We offer same-day shipping for all in-stock ready-to-wear items, and next-day and ground shipping for all other items.

Depending on customer specifications, made to measure items may take up to 4 weeks to produce (not including delivery time).

Can I return the items I’ve purchased?

All ready-to-wear items with generic sizing can be returned up to 10 days from the date of purchase – if returned unworn and with the original receipt. Unfortunately items made to order cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstance.

How can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel an order, please email us at info@nyonicouture.com as soon as possible and we will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, in cases where an order has already been processed, we regret that we will be unable to cancel that particular order.

When I put something in my shipping cart, does it mean that the item is available?

All orders are subject to product availability. Item availability is only confirmed when you completeyour purchase and your order is processed. As another customer may order the item in the meantime, merely placing an item in your shopping cart does not ensure its availability.

Is sales tax applied to my order?

Nyoni Couture charges state, local, and county taxes for online transactions based on your shipping address and as required by applicable laws. Please note that your on-screen transaction total reflects estimated tax only. The actual sales tax will be calculated when your order is shipped. In some cases the final total of tax due may vary from that estimated. Applicable state tax will be applied to orders shipped to New York, New Jersey, California, Texas, Illinois and Nevada.
